Taylor Radey
Taylor Radey is the Director of Research at SmarterX, where she leads original research on how artificial intelligence is transforming work, business, education, the economy, and society. She also serves as an instructor supporting AI Academy by SmarterX and the AI Mastery Membership, translating research into learning experiences for professionals navigating rapid change.
Previously, Taylor was the founder of Randall Pine, and has spent over 15 years advising startups, mid-sized firms, and enterprise teams on digital strategy, growth, and change management. That experience continues to shape her approach today: grounded, practical, and focused on real-world application.
Her work sits at the intersection of research, education, and strategy: combining data and storytelling to help individuals and organizations prepare for what’s next.
She is also the creator of growthcurve, a practical, every-other-week newsletter that helps hundreds of business leaders understand and apply AI to scale their expertise and their companies.
Taylor is a graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, a textbook INTJ, and after four incredible years in Tokyo, is now happily based in her hometown Cleveland, Ohio.
